About The Farm

Fair Share Farm, LLC was established in the Fall of 2014 with the goal of growing the best food possible for the surrounding community. Located in the Piedmont of North Carolina, Fair Share operates on five acres in suburban Winston-Salem producing USDA GAP Certified greens, roots, garnish and other specialty items. We are dedicated to being kind to the land, maintaining a safe working environment, and continually improving our operation. Fair Share Farm, LLC is owned and operated by Emma Hendel and Elliot Seldner.

At Heirloom we are also committed to creating a sense of community and sharing the joy that comes from a deeper understanding of an ingredient or appreciation for where one’s food is sourced.   Relationships with our local health department, along with countless community connections, foster such opportunities and allow Heirloom to offer cocktail and cooking classes, bee-keeping classes with the six hives on our roof, and the pleasure to host fundraising dinners for local non-profits or smaller community based organizations.
