At Carolina Farm Trust we deeply appreciate the generosity of our donors. Transparency and clarity are paramount to us, which is why we have outlined the following policies regarding donation and event ticket fulfillment:

Refund Policy

Your donation is a vital contribution to our cause, and we are grateful for your support. As such, donations made to Carolina Farm Trust are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on donations unless in exceptional circumstances, such as a processing error. Please reach out to us if you believe a refund is warranted.
NOTE: Refunds for event tickets are available under certain conditions. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, please contact us within (5) days prior to the event to request a refund. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the event.

Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to a Carolina Farm Trust event. Your support means a lot to us! Please note that tickets can be returned within (5) days prior to an event. If you are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the return or transfer of your ticket to another person.

In the event of any changes or cancellations to the event by Carolina Farm Trust, we will provide information about ticket refunds or alternative arrangements. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

NOTE: Any food related items received through Carolina Farm Trust programs, market stands, retail spaces, or any other event are not eligible for returns.

Delivery Policy

While donations to Carolina Farm Trust are not physical goods that require delivery, we ensure that your contribution is put to use efficiently and effectively. Your donation supports our programs and initiatives aimed at building infrastructure that can support a regional food economy. We strive to keep our donors informed about the impact of their contributions through regular updates and reports.
NOTE: For those who contribute towards event tickets or sponsorships, please be advised that ticket delivery methods and event details will be communicated via email or through our event management platforms.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel a recurring donation or modify your giving preferences, we are here to assist you. You can manage your donation settings through your donor account or by contacting our support team directly. Please note that any cancellations or modifications may take effect within a certain timeframe, depending on our processing procedures. Please reach out to info@carolinafarmtrust.org with any questions or concerns.
We value the trust and support of our donors and strive to maintain transparency and accountability in all aspects of our operations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our donation fulfillment policies, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
